What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, the topics you pick and your message.

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records which pages are viewed and how fast they load, without cookies and without identifying you.

Why

To reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Where it goes

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host it handles the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and to protect the form from abuse.

Your message is delivered by email, through our email provider, to our team. These providers may store data outside Australia; we choose ones that protect it to a standard comparable with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Keeping out bots

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it. To do that Cloudflare processes signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser details, only to detect and block bots, as set out in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and to keep ordinary business records, and no longer than the law requires.
